Delete your account
Want to delete your account? You can do that yourself in the app. It's easy. Below we explain step by step how it works and what happens to your data.
01Look up your account details
Open AnyTimerApp and go to your profile or account settings. Check your username and the email address linked to your account. You need these details if you want to contact us.
02Delete your account in the app
In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete account. Confirm your choice to delete your account for good.
03What happens next?
After you delete your account, we keep your data for 30 days. We do this for recovery and security reasons.
After this period your data is deleted from our systems. Automatically and completely.
04Request immediate full deletion
Do you want us to delete all your data right away, without the 30 day waiting period? Then get in touch with us. Include your username and the email address linked to your account. We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the deletion.
