What does BYOB mean?
BYOB stands for bring your own bottle (or booze). You bring your own drinks to the party.
The invite said it clearly: BYOB, because the supply was gone.
You put it on an invite when everyone brings their own drinks. Maybe the host doesn't know what people drink. Or there is just no money to buy drinks for everyone. Very student. Also read about house party, fuif and indrinken.
