What does Filter mean?
A filter is a digital effect that changes how a photo or video looks.
"I'm not posting a selfie without a filter. After that party I look like a zombie."
A filter can just change colours or lighting. But there are also filters that change your face or add dog ears and a nose. Some are so strong you can barely recognise the person. Also read about faceTune and photo dump.
