What does Loca mean?

"Has anyone picked a loca for the borrel yet?" she asked impatiently in the group chat.

Dutch student slang. This is a Dutch word. You will hear it a lot at Dutch universities, student associations and in student houses.

You mostly see it in group chats where the plan still needs a place. Once the loca is set, people react with a bee emoji to say they are coming. That is called bij. Also read about kruipafstand and RN.
