What does Clubbing mean?
Clubbing means going out to nightclubs to dance, drink and meet people.
"After dinner we're going clubbing. Dress code: black."
Clubbing is about the activity, not one specific club. The word is mostly British. A night of clubbing often starts with pre-drinks and ends at an afterparty or the snack bar. Also read about night out and bouncer.
