What does Bouncer mean?
A bouncer is the security person at the door of a club or bar.
"The bouncer looked at his trainers and said he wasn't getting in tonight."
The bouncer checks your ID, keeps an eye on the dress code and keeps things safe inside. Too drunk or acting up? Then you are out. Being a bit friendly to the bouncer almost always helps. Also read about guest list, cover charge and clubbing.
