What does Cover charge mean?
A cover charge is the entry fee you pay to get into a club, bar or party.
"After midnight the cover charge is fifteen euros. So we need to be on time."
A cover charge usually only pays for entry, not for drinks. Sometimes you get a drink token with it. People on the guest list often pay less or nothing at all. Also read about bouncer and clubbing.
