What does Exclusive mean?
Being exclusive means you only see and sleep with each other, without calling it a relationship yet.
After a few weeks they agreed to be exclusive, without putting a label on it right away.
It is an in-between stage. You only date each other, but it is not an official relationship with everything that comes with it. Dutch students call it exclusief, or just exclu. Also read about eventuela, FWB and DTR.
