Dutch student slang. This is a Dutch word. You will hear it a lot at Dutch universities, student associations and in student houses.
During a HV housemates talk about things like hospiteren, repairs, the cleaning rota and the shared living room. Sometimes it is five minutes. Sometimes it takes all night and a crate of beer. Also read what fusie means.
