Rela is Dutch slang for a relationship, the stage after the prela.
After a year of dating they finally made it an official rela.
Dutch student slang. This is a Dutch word. You will hear it a lot at Dutch universities, student associations and in student houses.
At this stage you are exclusive, you met each other's parents and you are officially together. Unlike the more casual prela before it. Time for the hard launch on Instagram.
