What does GPA mean?
GPA stands for Grade Point Average. The average grade of your study results, mostly used in the US.
"For that master in the US I have to convert my grades into a GPA."
Your GPA is a number on a scale, usually from 0 to 4. The higher, the better. American universities and employers look at it a lot. In the Netherlands grades go from 1 to 10, and a 6 already means you passed. Also read about exchange student, study abroad and studententien.
