What does Tenta mean?

"Two more tenta's to go this week," she sighed, exhausted.

Dutch student slang. This is a Dutch word. You will hear it a lot at Dutch universities, student associations and in student houses.

Dutch universities split the year into blocks that end with tenta's. Fail one and you get a her, a resit. Get a 5.5 and you have a studententien: just enough to pass. Also read what cramming means.
