What does Minor mean?
A minor is a secondary subject or block of courses you take next to your main programme.
"I'm doing my minor in Barcelona. Officially to study, of course."
A minor has fewer courses than a major. You dive into another topic or go deeper into your own field. In the Netherlands many students do their minor in their third year, sometimes abroad. Also read about elective and study abroad.
